A seasoned real estate investor since purchasing her first property at 19, Mariah has built a diverse portfolio, once owning 31 residential units and successfully transitioning into retail, office, medical, and industrial commercial properties through multiple 1031 exchanges. In October 2022, she earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, further solidifying her expertise in commercial real estate.

A Florida native, she now resides in Cheyenne, Wyoming, with her husband, daughter, and their lab mix.
